PREPARING FOR DEPARTURE
Make sure you have your passport/government-issued identification with you.
Familiarize yourself with your airline’s carry-on and checked baggage policies.
Check for last-minute flight changes and gate changes. You can find this information on your airline’s website.
CHANGE REQUESTS
Any flight changes after ticketing must be approved by your manager.
Change fees without approval will be your financial responsibility.
Change fees: $175 plus any airline fees or fare differences, to be covered by your T&E if approved, or will be your financial responsibility without approval.

Please use taxis, Uber or Lyft and submit your receipts according to Nexxen’s T&E policy.
EVENT TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided to and from all off-site events. We’ll give you all the details when you get to Charleston, like where and what time to meet the shuttle. At the hotel, if you need answers to any questions, stop by the Nexxen Hospitality Desk. Our friendly event staff will take care of you.

Before you check your bags, make sure they've got ID tags with your name, phone number, and email. Tag your carry-ons, too. Hang on to the baggage claim ticket from the airline – it's your lost luggage lifeline. Snap a pic of it, just to be safe!

Verify your health insurance coverage for international travel (international attendees only).
Alert your credit card company that you will be traveling outside your home country..

REAL-ID REMINDER
Beginning May 7, 2025, TSA requires a REAL ID–compliant driver’s license or other approved identification (such as a valid passport) for all domestic flights. Please confirm your ID is compliant before your trip.
